Stayed at here 2 weeks ago. Absolutely treated me like they have known me forever. Connie and the owner were super nice. Very clean, at home feeling. I will be staying there again for sure.

Small cozy and old one story 15 room hotel. They lady running it is super nice and makes sure you have clean towels and linens every morning.
This little motel is very clean. The rooms are small but if you just want to stay overnight it is a great deal. We stopped there on the way to the Noah's Ark Encounter on I-75. If you are going to the Ark and just need a place to sleep, it is worth the drive which is about 15 miles from the Ark on Ky. 22 west via Ky. 53 which the Ark is on. There is a great little restaurant in in Owenton, it is called "Farmhouse Grill" it is just past the Hospital in Owenton. Just follow the signs to the hospital and it is past it on the right. The motel is west of Owenton (on the right) so you come to it first if coming from the Ark.
Didn't get to start in the motel as it was full. Yet, the people were very helpful and helping us find a place to stay for the night. Without them we wouldn't have known of the other hotels and motels around.
The place is not really fancy but the lady who owns it is very nice and friendly! You will get a good nights rest here. Very clean and comfortable place! I highly recommend it.
